Assyrtiko used to be the undiscovered gem of white wines, with loads of value, but the secret is out, and the prices are up. Zafeirakis has not got the memo and continues to represent great value. The wine is done in all stainless steel, showcasing Meyer lemon, white flowers, a touch of pine sap and weightier citrus. A truly crisp and wild white with lively acidity and a little less smoke than Assyrtiko from Santorini.
