Domaine St-Cyr "La Galoche" Beaujolais Blanc 2017

It’s not common to find white Beaujolais – we wish there were more of it because this is delicious. Planted on clay-limestone soils near the Mâconnais, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for just 6 months in concrete tank and stainless steel, this is so fresh, with inviting stone fruit aromas and biscuit, nuts, and spice coming from lees contact. A subtle richness to the wine is held up by lively acidity. A fun, great-value, and very appealing Chardonnay.
