Domaine Serrigny Savigny-les-Beaune Blanc 2019

With only 14% of the plantings in Savigny Les Beaune dedicated to Chardonnay, it is rare to see whites exported.  This one produced by the Serrigny Family is sourced from 3 lieu-dits: Les Connardises, Les Bas Liards, and Les Pimentiers. Aromas of underground cave and damp cellar blows off to show the fresher side of the wine. Asian pear, lime zest and crunchy apple are fresh from élevage in a mixture of neutral barrel and stainless steel.  There is no shortage of acidity on the finish.
