Domaine Rolet Poulsard Arbois VV 2018

100% Poulsard from 50 year old vines in Arbois deliver a wine that is bright, fresh, red fruited, and absolutely delicious.  Grown in clay and red marl, de-stemmed, fermented with native yeast and aged in old foudre to impart a forested/woodsy characteristic.  Aromas of earth, mushroom, hibiscus, red cherry, and plum, with refreshing acidity. Great expression of Poulsard and Jura.
