Domaine Roland Schmitt Alsace Pinot Blanc 2015

The Schmitt family has been making wine since the 17th Century in the tiny village of Bergbieten, just outside Strasbourg. Gravelly limestone soils provide good drainage and firm structure for this fruit-driven, crisp, aromatic wine. Get white flowers, fresh peaches, yellow apples and nectarines with sharply-delineated minerality. Perfect fish wine.
