Domaine Pas de l'Escalette Coteaux du Languedoc "Les Petits Pas" Magnum 2014

Organic vineyards from one of the cooler sites in Languedoc. Syrah, Grenache and Carignane. Partially destemmed and made into wine inside open top wood fermenters. Aged in neutral oak. The sweet red and blue berry aromas jump from the glass to the nose. Followed by fresh violets, cassis, garrigue and white pepper. Drink this "happy red," throughout the summer, al fresco. If there's any left, enjoy with Thanksgiving turkey.
