Domaine Michel Prunier et Fille Bourgogne Blanc 2015

Third and fourth generation father and daughter team making some of the best wine in Auxey-Duresses, right next to Meursault. They’ve got just 12ha of plantings, very much focusing on quality over quantity. This Chardonnay has a pretty floral, herbal nose of jasmine, lavender, and grass, together with crunchy green fruit aromas on a bright, fresh, and lively palate. A great spring/summer wine to drink outdoors with oysters.
