This crisp, flinty, impressive Sancerre comes from a monopole vineyard on silex slopes overlooking the Loire which has been owned by the same family since the 1850s. Aged for five months on the lees to give some body and weight behind fresh aromas of elderflowers, green apples, lime zest, capsicum, white pepper, flint, and smoke. High, vibrant acidity makes the wine extremely refreshing and balanced. To be drunk with seafood.
