Tavel is the only region in the world that produces only rose, leaning more towards a robust style. Deep orange-pink color. Ripe raspberry and tangerine scents are given spicy lift by a suggestion of white pepper. Chewy and focused on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry flavors that deepen slowly on the back half. Clings nicely on the finish, featuring a floral pastille quality and a subtle herbal touch.
