“BELLE AU NATUREL”
An amazing wine with bottle age and great attention to detail. The wine is fermented slowly in Chateau Yquem barrels for two years, then aged for ten months in oak for ten more months. A very broad-shouldered wine with intense aromas of raw honey, Meyer lemon, graham cracker, apricot, peach and caramel apple. Big acidity rides the entire length of the palate with notes of barrel for totally sumptuous experience.
