Domaine Garnier et Fils Chablis 2017

Family growers for several generations, brothers Jérôme and Xavier started producing their own wine in 1996 – Jérôme tends the vineyard, Xavier makes the wine. They take a traditional approach, harvesting late, using native yeasts, and ageing the wines in large oak barrels. Their attention to detail and hard work result in high-quality, classic Chablis, with a steely texture, high acidity, aromas of lemon and green apples, and some weight from lees ageing.
