Brothers Xavier and Jerome Garnier farm organically, ferment using only native yeast, and age their wines in large, old oak barrels. Harvesting a bit later than most, their wines are always fresh and ripe. Never more so than in the exuberant 2015 vintage: juicy yellow apple, lemon wedge, seashell and chalky minerality, with great acid.
