“L’AMARANTE”
Julien is a 6th generation farmer in the Loire Valley and manages 15 ha of organic vineyards. These practices breathe a freshness into the fruit, showing floral notes of violets and lavender, blueberries and plums. Typical Cab Franc characteristics of dried herbs, anise and leather are propped up by blueberries and blackberries. Extra polished with only a touch of rusticity that is often found in Loire Cab Franc.
