Estate in the Corbieres region, deep southern France, plants 2 acres to white grapes Clairette, Marsanne, Macabeo and Bourboulenc. You can practically smell the rock-strewn, wild brush terrain in this aromatic and authentic Southern French white. Smell & taste grapefruit zest, pears, lemon bitters, wildflowers and crushed rocks. Medium body, no oak, medium acid. As distinctive as it is, we still call this a "friendly" wine.
