Vines aged 35-80 years growing in granite. Semi-carbonic ferment. Aged in huge, neutral oak uprights. Minimal sulphur addition. 2015 a particularly ripe vintage in Beaujolais. This wine sports a dark, brilliant purple/red color, smells of dark raspberries, cassis and peppercorns. Shows lots of fruit, bright acid and moderate tannins.
