Domaine du Pelican Trois Cepages Arbois Rouge 2018

A blend of three grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Trousseau, and 5% Poulsard aged in 50/50 large foudres and Burgundy barrels.  The famed d'Angerville BUrgundy producer has built quite the reputation within the Jura region.  Light and delicate, yet powerful and complex.  Savory earth, dried flowers, mountain herbs, orange citrus, and a gentle acidity that provides the length and depth that takes this wine to the next level.
