80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 6% Mourvedre, 4% others.Whole cluster ferment. Aged in old, very neutral upright barrels.Smell and taste garrigue, leather handbag, briar patch, rosemary, violets, crushed raspberries and blueberries, hung game. Low on the "funk meter" for Pegau. Drinking great now.
