Domaine des Marrans “Corcelette” Morgon 2019

So exciting to see a fresh container of 2019 Beaujolais!  This is a superb example of the vintage, from the Corcelette vineyard in Morgon which is known for its fragrant elegance. Very pure fruit aromas of blueberries, purple plums and violets. The wine only goes through semi-carbonic maceration, lending perfumed aromas with pepper and licorice spices, and lightly gripping, grainy tannins. Beaujolais at its best, most rewarding, and most Pinot like.
