From 45-year-old vines planted in La Chapelle des Bois vineyard in the heart of Fleurie, this is a sensational representation of that great Cru. The extraordinary nose is so pretty, full of flowers and red fruits, followed by a palate that has a surprising tannic structure which gives the wine great grip and a nice chewiness with a round, gentle mouthfeel and an aromatic kick in mid-palate. Like classically chiselled Pinot Noir.
