65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault. No destemming. Ferment/aged in concrete tank and neutral foudre. Smell and taste dark, ripe berries and cherries (to be expected from 2012), cracked black peppercorns, cocoa, herbs de Provence, lavender, mulling spice. Medium/full bodied, mouth-coating tannins, fine CdP character. A fine value.
