Great purity on the nose, with pear and apple fruit. The palate follows on in the same vein, cool and bright, but possessing lovely density and freshness, with a fine persistence and energy in the end. Cool and refined, showing its colours very clearly, with a great pithy substance of fruit in the finish. Classically styled, with tension and poise.
