70% Grenache, 30% Syrah. David Givaudin is the first of his family to make wine rather than just growing and selling grapes. His last name is also that of a local mythical creature, “La Bête.” This is a pleasant, soft, dusty wine, with an engaging nose of flowers and red fruits – strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry – with a deceptive lightness on the palate which has you coming back for more.
