Domaine de la Foliette Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2021

A very expressive and aromatic version of Muscadet which we find refreshing.  Slightly tropical aromas of papaya and bitter pineapple with white flowers and honeydew melons. A minimum of six months lees contact give the wine its typical creamy richness and the vineyards planted on mica-schist soils give a clean and stay crispness. Additional aromas of green apples, white nectarine and peach are juicy and firm. Classic Muscadet with a little more fun fruit.
