Blend of 30% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette & 10% Rolle (aka Vermentino). Organic producer grows their white wines on sandy limestone soil in Ventoux, not far from Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Nervy, aromatic and ripe, get bruised apple, white flowers, citrus, sharp minerality. Full bodied and luscious, this is a great, versatile white wine.
