Domaine de Couite Sauternes 2014

Organically farmed wine is barrel fermented with native yeast and consists of 65% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon, 5% each Muscadelle & Sauvignon Gris. With hints of chamomile tea and honey, it’s mildly sweet but refreshing, complex and satisfying. So versatile it can pair with lobster, duck, blue cheese and Thai food.
