Rasteau Vin Doux Naturel: sweet Grenache Noir lightly fortified with neutral grape spirits. (Think of it as a lighter, more delicate version of port.) Aged 2 years in oak casks. Taste raisins, dried strawberries, raspberry liqueur and a cornucopia of herbs and spices. Spectacular with blue cheese. ABV on par with a new world dry red, so feel free to indulge in a second glass.
