This combination of Syrah and Grenache comes from 30-60 y.o. vines sustainably farmed on clay limestone, marl and galets (loaf sized rocks). Hand harvested, de-stemmed, natural yeast fermentation in tank, 21-28 day maceration. Generous nose, garrigue, leather, wild strawberry, plums and spice. A crazy good value!
