The grapes are sourced from 50 year old vines rooted in soft limestone; giving it aromas of lightly dusted red plum, black cherry ganache, blackberry, forest floor and flowers. The palate is flawlessly balanced with a medium-weight that is restful on the midpalate and an extended dry finish.
