The Chasselay family has worked the land of Châtillon d'Azergues since 1264 in the south of Beaujolais and the wines have been certified organic since 2006. The Beaujolais is not Dead is full carbonic and juicy AF with a non-serious undertone. Strawberry, raspberry, boysenberry, on the fun side of things balanced by citrus zest, graphite/concrete, soft herb notes and a small flavor of stem for a hint of structure.
