Jurançon lies at the foothills of the Pyrenees, making both dry and sweet white wine. This dry example is a blend of 60% Gros Manseng and 40% Camarlet, and is highly aromatic with standout citrus aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and lime, leading into a tangy, fresh palate and a mineral texture. Extremely refreshing, this is definitely a good summer wine or ideal drunk with oysters or any shellfish.
