Domaine Bott Geyl Riesling Schlossberg, Grand Cru 2009
Only 0 left
Family winery since 1795, converted to biodynamic in 2002. "Schlossberg" was Alsace's first "Grand Cru" vineyard. 20-50 year old vines on a terraced hillside of granite. Fermented/aged in a combo of stainless steel and large, long-neutral casks. Fresh apples and stone fruits lead the way, followed by fresh herbs, mandarin and lime zests, and steely minerality. Just a tiny bit sweet. 2009 vintage.
