10th generation family domaine in Poligny (heart of Jura). High elevation and cool temperatures make for a lean, low-alcohol Chard with verve. More lemon than apple on the palate, with aromas of white flowers, pronounced minerality, and a hint of peach pit on the finish. NOT made in an oxidative style, very "clean" for a Jura white.
