Docil by Niepoort Vinho Verde 2021

Niepoort's Dócil Vinho Verde is made from 100% Loureiro grapes from 20+ year old vines grown on granitic soils that are farmed organically. Aromas of white flowers and bright citrus fruit explode from the glass, with an underlying note of clementine. The wine is light in body with acidity that is intensely fresh and cleansing. Enjoy as a refreshing beverage on its own or pair with a light seafood salad. This is a serious as Vinho Verde gets.
