Disznoko Tokaji Furmint Inspiration 2017

“Inspiration”

This wine takes the entry level dry Tokaji from Disznoko and kicks it up a notch with selected small plots, additional blending of 17% Harslevelu to the Furmint, then aging it in 225L and 500L barrels.  Meyer lemon, quince, honey, orange blossoms, nuttiness from the barrels and racy acidity. Orange peel, wet river rock, green herbs, and taut mouthwatering acid.  Long, complex, and layered.
