Massimo Di Costanzo, Owner & Winemaker. As former winemaker for Farella Park, he's intimate with the vineyard and the grapes he procures to make this killer Cab. Nose of mulling/Christmas spice, dark berry compote and pipe tobacco. Blueberry and black cherry palate with ample sweet spice + exotic tea and espresso notes. Fine tannins and ample structure indicate short term cellaring a good idea. Best drinking we estimate: 2019-2025.
