100% Pinot Noir from two parcels – Meurtet and La Côte Glacière – in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, paying hommage to the winery’s founder who fell in love with Aÿ back in 1838. The most vinous of Deutz’s wines, this has a fantastic balance between fruity red apple and peach aromas, vibrant acidity, a light yeasty spiciness and a long, smooth, complex finish. A rare, exceptional example of Blanc de Noirs.
