100% Cabernet Sauvignon from "Ithaca Vineyard," Valley floor. Dark color, full body, smooth tannins, sweet and spicy oak frame. Smell and taste blackberries, black currants, chocolate, allspice, tobacco. Very easy to like, esp with grilled filet and sauteed mushrooms. 300 cases made.
