DEI Rosso di Montepulciano 2019

Composed of 90% Prugnolo Gentile, 5% Canaiolo Nero, and 5% Merlot.  Prugnolo Gentile is one of the many synonyms for Sangiovese and it’s believed to be a clone native to the Montepulciano region.  Classic, youthful and approachable showing bright fruits and dark earthy aromas.  What the wine lacks in age it makes up for in fresh fruit, plum, savory herbs, frankincense, green walnut and clay. A wine that will bring great pleasure to the senses immediately.
