Dead Man’s Hand Whiskey
Made locally in the town of Fairfield, just a half-hour drive from Napa Valley, the bill mash is corn heavy at 75% with 21% Rye and 4% Barley. The spirit is then aged in toasted French oak barrels, softening the 94.2 proof barrel strength. Aroma: oak, maple, vanilla, slightly spiced with caramel notes. Taste: Full bodied, oak notes,sweet with nice spice. Finish: Smooth, slightly dry, with a hint of oak and some sweetness.
