Hunter Valley, Southeast coast of Australia just north of Sydney, makes crisp, citrus-driven, very dry, lower alcohol, age-worthy Semillons. This 2013, neither young nor old (yet), is lemony, zesty, high-energy and a little tannic (or seems like it - it has a dryness to it that's unique to Hunter Valley Semillon). Have with grilled shrimp, panzanella salad, Greek salad, tuna, halibut, sardines.
