Biodynamic vineyard in the warm, inland part of Mendocino County. Almost organic winemaking (wild yeast natural ferment, minute Sulphur addition), neutral barrel. Spicy dark cherry/strawberry nose, taste is perfectly ripe without the jam, dried herbs de Provence, pinch of allspice & cinnamon on the finish. "Les Enfants Terribles" are the vines, Dashe's "Wild Children."
