Darroze Couzard-Lassalle 1998 Bas-Armagnac

In 1993 Mr. Cazenave of Couzan-Lassalle decided to focus on making Armagnac out of 100% Folle Blanche.  In the mid 2000's the domaine ceased to produce and the aging juice was split between Darroze and another label L'Encantada as "Lous Pibous." This is serious Armagnac with many talking points that is absolutely sumptuous and delicious.  Sweet molasses, rich amber maple syrup, coffee, toast, tobacco, citrus, dried fruits, cocoa, and a long silky finish.
