“FARMER’S CUVÉE”

The Farmer’s Cuvee from Dancing Crow Vineyards receives special attention from the winemaker, leading to a richer more layered Sauvignon Blanc, complements of 3.5% addition of Semillon and a little more lees stirring. Broad and aromatic, the wine shows white flowers, lime zest, green apple and citrus pith. The somewhat larger structure is perfect for carrying the wines extending acidity and zesty finish.
