100% Cabernet Sauvignon owned by chef-turned-winemaker John Giannini. All "Eagle Summit Vineyard" at the top of Howell Mountain. 80% new French oak aged, unfined/unfiltered. Pours out purple black. Smell and taste blackberry liqueur, anise, cassis, mocha, forest floor, nutmeg. Let it stretch to enjoy all its layers. Best 2020-25 we think. 156 cases made.
