The Cossy Family has been grape growers in Reims since 1764 with Sophie Cossy firmly grasping the baton and putting her own stamp on the house’s style. Orange pastries, lemon curd, creamy aromas hint at a fine, creamy mousse exploding with texture and a chalky acidity from the 4g/L dosage.
