Cos Frappato Terre Siciliana IGP 2016

Biodynamic producer who have been working with unusual indigenous varieties since 1980. Frappato is a black grape from Sicily which produces light-bodied wines – despite the hot climate, alcohol is only 11.5%. This bottling is dusty and spicy, with ripe strawberries and raspberries, yet light and fresh. A complete contrast to the wines of Sicily we’re accustomed to. Chill it slightly and drink with pizza.
