The 2021 vintage consists of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot, blended with extreme precision for a wine that is virtually perfect. Everything comes together beautifully with ripe purple fruits, black currants, marionberries, lavender, violets and incense spice. Wild mountain herbs and a surprising streak of acid nestle in nicely with the vanilla dust and chocolate from barrel aging. This wine is polished from start to finish.
