Confianza Tequila Blanco

Is delicate & pretty an acceptable word to describe tequila or is that not powerful enough for the agave spirit? The piñas are cooked for 24 hours then rested for another 24 hours before fermentation. The long fermentation of 5-9 days takes place with classical music played through-out the process. The tequila takes on an almost sake-like characteristic with creamy textures and floral aromas.  None of the dirty grassy notes in this blanco.
