Coit Spirits Cape Gin

We liked everything this distillery makes, but we had to choose one. All of the Coit gins are tea-based, with the CAPE expression drawing from the savory qualities of Rooibos. Smell lemon, pepper pear, ginger, rose petals and a base of juniper. Well-rounded with a smooth palate weightt and minimal intensity on the finish.  Perfect for a cucumber Gimlet or a Ramos Fizz. Distilled is Sonoma.
