Clos de la Briderie "Purete de Silex" Cremant de Loire 2015

40% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vincent Girault took over his parents’ property just after they converted to biodynamics in 1994. He’s rightly known for his light, elegant Crémant de Loire. This spends 2 years on the lees and receives a dosage of 9g/L to balance the high acidity. A very pretty nose of cinnamon, apple, pear, peach goes into a creamy smooth, and all-too-easy palate. Great Crémant.
